Started out OK, but got our room keys, and two of the three keys would not open the door. At least one would open so that was fine. Then during the middle of the night we had banging on our door ,come to find out they assigned another person to our room. They finally got that worked out and gave this person a different room, but it took a half a hour of talking and everyone wondering what’s going on. Of course it disturbed our sleep that we just really needed because we did not get sleep the prior two days.But then the next morning, somehow all our keys would not work to open our room door. Had to go down and get three new keys made. Went for breakfast and the sausage patties were cool. The pancakes were cool, they would not even begin to melt the butter. Pretty much threw my food away and walked across and ate at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to Donovan, who helped us out and answered any questions we had. We would stay here again when in the area. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. Very easy ride to and from the Ft. Lauderdale airport.

Clean room, but dated hotel that needs face lift. Spaces are crammed but it’s a convenient location for a quick stay before a cruise and for that it’s worth it at the price point.
