Breakfast requires enhancement, and I’ve noticed that the amenities which were once standard in every room are now missing. Additionally, the front desk staff should possess a better knowledge of the local area, particularly regarding nearby attractions — for instance, the main entrance to the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. I visited for a concert, and when I inquired about directions or local advice, I found them unable to provide the information I needed due to a lack of familiarity with the area. —Knowing you are located in a touristic place.

Check-in was efficient. Staff are friendly. Our roomwas clean but the bed is located on the window side of the room which faces a busy highway. Very noisy sleep. Property is great for short stay.

We arrived at the hotel early after our cruise and checked in and was told that they would call us when our room was ready, so we knew we needed to wait a little bit for the staff to get our room ready. What we didn't expect was to be waiting in the lobby for over 3 hours! After that time we were asked what we were waiting on and what our name was so we told them and they said that they had called us to say our room was ready. Fun fact.... Had you called us we wouldn't have been waiting in the lobby for over 3 hours!!

Dania Beach Area was nice. Covenient. Bottled Water is not included at this hotel like others in the area. Hotel room was clean. High traffic/lot of guests. Breakfast buffet was decent, but eating area was crowded and not enough staff to keep clean
