The property is excellent. But there is no supermarket within a mile. OK to walk on a cool day but wouldn't walk otherwise. Lack of places to eat. Wendy's and Dunkin across the street if needed

He stayed here our last night of our stay and wished we stayed here at the beginning of our stay. We stayed at the Westin fort Lauderdale and this place was by far superior and cheaper. The staff was so friendly!! Front desk, cleaners, kitchen staff, all were welcoming! Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days and were v pleased with the breakfast and the front desk staff except for the one on the first day when we checked in. Cleanliness of the hotel was great. However, we were disappointed to find little cockroaches on the kitchen counter in the room. We notified housekeeping and front desk of the issue and they sent the maintenance guy who sprayed HOMEDEPOT’s pesticide for ants and cockroaches which wasn’t effective. Secondly, the person who cleaned our room every alternate day forgot to clean the vanity and table.

No coffee bar when we arrived, For a CAD400$ 2 bedroom room for 6 guests, I would have expected water bottles in the room. Breakfast was excellent, the kitchen staff are trying hard! Great place, excellent shuttle to FLL, all good!

Close to the airport free shuttle phone the hotel well in advance maybe before you get off. The plane and be specific as to where you are waiting .we had to call three times waited 1.5 hours . It appears the shuttle only picked up section e lower. .To find that spot turn left at the terminal doors. Go to section e.Note there are two section e sites one to your left one to your right . Port shuttle is 20 usd per person .
