The room could have been cleaned better. They only had 2 towels in the room. The toilet ran nonstop even after my husband fixed it...once used again it ran and ran and ran. The property is showing its age.

We chose this place because of the reviews and also Westin's usually have a good reputation. This place did not live up to it. We regret staying here. The room was falling apart, the carpet was sooo filthy. My son's bare foot turned brown. It was extremely disgusting! The room smelled muggy, old, everything was falling apart. We ended up staying the Residence Inn by Marriott near fort Lauderdale airport for the rest of our trip and omg this place was cheaper and by far superior!! I'll never go back to this Westin!

I had a great stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale. Staff was kind, our AC wasn’t working and a technician named Waldo helped sort out the issues very quickly. Overall nice hotel, clean and safe. Would come back

The hotel is very clean, however it is older and run down, there is signs all over of wear and tear and they are not up keeping with it, the leather on the headboards are peeling and have holes, the bathroom pipes are exposed and are green and rusty from calcium, the beds are small, and it has an old and musty smell.

Long weekend in Florida

Great location, Starbucks onsite and across the street. Close to the beach (15 min drive). Close to Sawgrass (40 min drive) and has great onsite restaurant and pool. Manager Jorge was very kind. Highly recommend

Perfect location for the night before our cruise. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel. The food was great and not having to drive to dinner in Ft Lauderdale traffic was a bonus.

I liked everything bout the property, staff was real friendly, and helpful. Patio, and pool area was really relaxing. Only issue I had was my key to get back into my room was acting up every time I came to the room, but all in all a GREAT STAY!!
