THE FIRST NIGHT I ARRIVED MY KEY WAS LOCKED TO THE DOOR BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY ALL NIGHT WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS! ON TOP OF THAT BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE AND I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND FOR MY FIRST NIGHT I MISSED! ALSO THEY MENTIONED THAT IT HAPPENS OFTEN WHEN THE KEY WILL NOT LET YOU ENTER! I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE LOBBY UNTIL 7 am!!!!! DONT WATE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I FELT VERY UNWELCOMED!

Well first off it would be nice if there was an extra towel rack to hang towels. There is only ONE. One is not enough to hang the half towels and the regular size towels. There is enough space above the towel rack for a 2nd one. Secondly, the Iguana's are terrible. We come there at least once a year to maybe once every 2 years and we have never encountered SO MANY! It was very UNCOMFORTABLE to sit out by the pool and relax. They were in the cabana areas hanging out, crawling under peoples chairs, defacating where people walk, fighting each other and climbing on top of the chairs. It was absolutely ridiculous. A lot of your guest were talking about how unhappy ( including us) they were this weekend around the pool area because of this. So disappointing!
