Excellent location

If you are travelling by train to gatwick this hotel is perfect. 10 minute walk. Staff friendly and food is good in the sports bar. Did not have breakfast as had to be at the airport for 6.30 am

Poor overnight stay

Room was ok but mattress on bed had seen better days and every time my partner moved I felt like I was going to be bounced out of bed. Could hear planes which I have never noticed before at this hotel and could hear people in the next door room. TV didn’t work just kept trying to boot up then switch itself off. Overall disappointed and poor nights sleep. 5 overnights here and this one was not good.

Best hotel for south Terminal

When I travel from Gatwick south I always stay here for the valet parking and nearest to the terminal this time it’s Mexico Cancun September it will be Alacante Espana
