Dirty Room but nice staff

Pros: Staff

Cons: The cleanliness

My room was very unclean. The bed sheets had stains on them, there were stains in the bathroom on the sink and the soaps/shampoos were empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful though!

Mukavat ja siistit perus huoneet. Hotellissa ravintola ja baari auki 24/7. Helppo uloskirjautumisen. Bussi lentoasemalle lähti heti ulko-ovien edestä.

Room was clean and quiet. Something went wrong with the booking of our breakfast and they were very friendly and helpful with a solution.

Pratique et rénové

La navette 24/24 est très pratique. La chambre rénovée est magnifique et le lit double top. Mais les lits enfant : horrible! Un matelas très inconfortable qui est franchement décevant. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus : correct pour ce rapport qualité/prix.

Check-in System was down

Had to wait for quite a long time, before we were able to ckeck-in. This was due to a system breakdown. Assistance and information was missing. Finally checked in at 11:00 pm.
