On arrival Reception and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean although a little utilitarian. Coffee machine and tea machine very welcome. The main complaint is with the shower - mildew, black mould, broken tiles, very dirty shower door. Shower did not drain, due to the collection of hair and dirt in the drainage pipe (which I cleaned as I didn’t want family members to stand in dirty water whilst having a shower!). Hope this helps to improve matters.

Wow what a little gem of a place. Set in parkland, this is one of the nicest Holiday Inns I've ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and courteous, the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and luxurious, and the breakfast buffet was great, with good options for vegetarians. I wish my room had a refrigerator in it. But otherwise, fab!

Just enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay with family. The rooms were so spacious , clean and we loved being able to see the dear outside and the rabbits. Breakfast was beautiful too - will definitely be back.
