People on the check in desk were very nice and helpful. Good value for money. Thank you for a great stay. Only rated cleanliness as a 4* due the the dog friendly room being a bit pungent (but i guess thats to be expected so no complaints)

The room we were given had damp patches between the bath and bedroom the room was dirty and smelled of damp would not recommend any to stay there

This is literally the oldest "new" hotel I have ever stayed in. I was looking forward to a lovely new and fresh hotel but in fact it was old and tattered and been made to look new by some new carpet only through the hallways. The bar was horrible and tatty and the staff were friendly but didnt actually do what I requested. I called for more towels, called again an hour later and finally went to reception and received them an hour later. I requested a bed guard for my 2 year old daughter as we had been given a room with one double bed to share. The man didnt even understand what I was asking for so I had to use pillows and got no sleep worrying she would fall out. The only good part was the gym and pool area which was clean and new. Wont be going back.

The receptionist was very slow in checking people in circa 15 minutes each person so we were almost late for a wedding because of this. He also tried to charge for checking in early (an hour) because check in was from 2pm but the wedding we were attending started at 2 and the people before us were going to the same wedding but he didn't mention anything to them about an early check in charge. Other than that it was ok but i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone for the price we paid. He made a point that i booked the room for 1 and there were 2 people staying in the room. He said i was cheeky booking it for 1 but i didn't have an option to pick 2 people as i gathered 1 and 2 people staying does not make the slightest difference. What was he going to do? Cut the room in half because i said booked for 1 person? I won't be staying there again.

very basic. The worst panni ever

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Needs major updating
Location: Location was okay
Needs to be updated ASAP The staff were fine but the facilities wrer not great unless you wanted a gym

Nice Hotel

Pros: Large clean room with all facilities required
Cons: more disabled parking near the entrance
Just a one night stay, staff all very friendly and very helpful especially to a disabled elderly person, wheelchair access a bit difficult, although the staff were available to help if called for, the help your self breakfast was plentiful but could have been a bit warmer, (Hash Browns cold), hence the Four Stars instead of Five, overall a pleasant stay..

better than expexted

Having read the reviews regarding the cleanliness of the hotel I was a little dubious about my stay.I chose it for the location as this was for work and very close to M11. The pool and changing rooms were clean. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff - they organised for some breakfast to be laid out in the dining room for me (I had to leave at 6am) . Yes the bathrooms could do with up dating and it's be great if rooms were soundproofed but you cant grumble too much for the location and price compared to other accommodation nearby
