Just stayed for one night. Room wasn't ready for check in time but the helpful reception staff moved my booking to a different room. Reception desk is too small which causes a backlog of people milling around and getting served out of turn. A couple of false fire alarms gave a rude awakening the next morning. Room was very clean and comfortable but charging your own guests to park in the car park isn't great.

We have had a very enjoyable two night stay at the Cedar Court hotel. A warm welcome greeted us. We had arrived early so we checked in our car and then headed off into town, armed with the map the receptionist gave us. She told us the best way into town! Our actual check in was great a few hours later. Our room was on the second floor and we were very pleased with it. Great size. Lovely bathroom....... Yeah....... It had a bath! The bed was so comfy. Plenty of plug sockets and USB port too. We didn't eat at the hotel but we did have a drink in the bar area. When we next visit Harrogate, we will definitely stay here again. *****

The WiFi was very poor. It was open network without a password, which is very unsafe. It was very unstable, could break 3 times in 30 min. it was also weak. I have seen much better WiFi in the middle of nowhere in Spain.

Great location overlooking the Stray, lovely setting, spotless room, excellent service. My husband asked for an extension cord at reception as there wasn't a plug socket next to the bed for his CPAP machine and they brought him one straightaway, it was no problem.

The staff were great and we had a lovely evening meal in Ambers restaurant. Unfortunately the mattress and pillows were so hard I actually got a numb ear during the night. It was also extremely windy. We were on the top floor and the roof above us creaked and shrieked incessantly as if it was about to be torn off. Therefore we slept very badly.
