Very clean and comfortable

Pros: Clean but well decorated, warm and inviting. Very comfortable bed and very tasty breakfast. Free parking in a quiet street.

Cons: Nothing

Location: Very close to Harrogate centre and not far from the Conference Centre

A great B&B in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the town centre. Everywhere is spotlessly clean but the atmosphere is not at all clinical. Our room was very comfortable with a modern shower room and great biscuits on the tea tray. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of options in a bright dining room. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I can't think of any negative points.

Pros: Excellent room, luxury toiletries and linen. Little extras which add to the overall experience.

Excellent location in a quiet area 10 mins walk from town centre. On site parking. Quick and easy reception.

Beautiful b&b....modern but homely,

Pros: Modern spacious room & bathroom even though we only booked standard not the large rooms (room 31) There was lots of choice at breakfast.

Modern b&b in a good location, the whole place was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was beautiful
