Room was extremely clean. Love The White Company smellies. Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. I regularly travel to the area as I was born nearby and had often seen this hotel, but never stayed in it before. It did not disappoint. I will recommend it to others. The staff are wonderful. Best I've ever encountered at a hotel when it comes to problem solving.

The room was smaller than expected, however very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Friendly reception staff and decent breakfast, would stay again. Good location to drive to WB Studio Tour.
