Really nice and beautiful hotel with great art decor. Great , friendly and efficient service . Also fantastic food , I had dinner in the oak restaurant and afternoon tea the next day. Breakfast and room service was very good as well.had a very good time and will definitely come back! Thanks

The service in the restaurant and also to the room was very slow, confused not the level of service you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The staff were all very plesent just inefficient, lacking coordination or any organisation. This aspect could have severely impacted out stay but we made a joke of it so as not to spoil a special event.

Hotel and grounds are stunning, very poor service at check in and breakfast was overcrowded and we had to wait for a table plus food when we finally got a table was stone cold, very poor

Ein traumhafter Platz

eigentlich zu schade um nur zu übernachten, diesen Platz muss man mit allen sinnen geniessen, ob nun ein spaziergang durch den park, die tiere die dort herumgehen, das wunderbare dinner im oak room oder einfach auch nur das frühstuck dort, ein drink in der library bar, das diskret kompetente und freundliche personal, die leisure area, es ist alles ein traum.
