Took parents away for a night , staff very pleasant and helpful, only had one issue that we had no hot water for a shower in the morning, and we had to pay over £7.00 each for toast as my parents due tohealth issues only eat toast in morning

Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and tidy, although one of the towels was very dirty, it was changed. Restaurant was pleasant, food was ok, drinks expensive, £6.50 for a pint of bitter. Didn’t realise the windows were open, so at 04.30 the trucks thunder pass and at that time of the morning, i couldn't see how to shut them. Its a pleasant place with friendly staff

Lovely hotel, room very nice but very few electrical sockets for your many appliances. Food good. Only problem was the occupants in the room above noisy and also made loud noises which woke us up at 2am not happy
