Nice clean room, welcoming staff. Didn’t know that booking through the website would save us an additional £5 on parking, so some clarity on that would have been helpful, and the room was slightly dated but totally forgotten about when the price was taken into consideration

1st issue was having to pay for parking which has obviously been an issue before as he went straight to the App to show me where it says theres a charge. There is only free parking if you book via their website. I'd looked on their site and then booked on Hotels.com. The room was tatty, the sink was cracked. It was freezing cold so i was brought an extra heater and duvet. I think ill stick to Travelodge!!!

The room was in poor condition. Toilet roll holder falling off wall, curtain had been torn off and so couldn’t close it, every surface had nicks of paint coming off. Very poor but clean.

Room dated with chips in the bath etc. Parking was in the services and not directly outside the hotel so bringing in a suitcase across the traffic and in the rain wasn’t the best. We were also charged for parking which wasn’t stated when booked so the additional charges weren’t expected. Service was ok, nothing special, no smiling welcome as we often get at other hotels but can’t beat the price and as it was just for an overnight stay enroute to a cruise we didn’t mind.

Disappointing stay

Room was very worn and dated. Room was cold and heater did not work. No extra bedding available in the room. Unfortunately there were some very inconsiderate guests above us who were drinking in the reception prior to continuing the party in their rooms at 03:00.

Only one window opens theres a lot of mold in the bathroom and the toilet was wobbly and the over all condition of the hotel needs a lot of TLC and a customer service course for the starff it was a big let down compair to most of the others i stayed in
