Excellent in most respects

Friendly & helpful service throughout. Everywhere was super clean. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Dinner was also of good quality & reasonable value. The room, shower & bed were all quite snug but adequate. I had been advised at the time of booking that the bed was only regular size.

We stayed at Caley following a house move and needed a restful time. We were made to feel welcome from the outset and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times. It was a joy to find a hotel which understood the needs of a celiac like myself who must have a gluten free diet - something that is not common. Our room was clean and comfortable and the food generally excellent. Especial mention must be made of Maria who could not do enough for us and who is an asset to the hotel. We shall certainly return to stay at Caley so that we can continue our exploration of lovely Hunstanton and North Norfolk more generally.

This was our 7th visit to Caley Hall and it just gets better each time. All Staff were friendly and attentive and provided us with breakfast in the bar due to our new rescue dog being a little unsure of new surroundings. Our room was perfect, clean, with everything we needed. The breakfast must be the best around and opportunity for seconds if required 😂. Throughly enjoyed our time at Caley Hall and looking forward to returning soon.

We have stayed here many times and it has never disappointed. It is well located near a bus stop where you can get the Coast Hopper bus service. Car park is big and rooms comfortable (Room 3). Breakfast staff are efficient and friendly and breakfast itself is satisfactory. Restaurant is pleasant. Layout of complex is charming and very welcoming. We will stay here again - I expect many times. Price is slightly higher than we like but all prices for all hotels in the UK seem to have jumped recently!

Always an amazing stay at Caley Hall. Our little retreat when we need to get away from normal life. Everytime we stay. We are greeted in such a friendly manner. Rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable and breakfast as always is amazing.

A little out of the way ,you do need your own transport . Saying that you need to be early to check in to grab a parking space as the hotel seems to be very popular.especially with the older generation.
