We were only staying for 1 night, arriving late and checked out early but was grateful for the clear instructions and in advance and communication. The room was lovely- it was clean, had tea and coffee facilities and the temperature was great. The location was fantastic.

I've stayed here before and this was the first place I looked to book again because it's a lovely place to stay. It's comfortable, central for everything in Ilfracombe, breakfast is good and Jonah & Nikki are very welcoming.
