A well positioned hotel about a 10 to 15 mins downhill walk into Ilkley or a few minutes by taxi. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.Good quality toiletries were provided and there was plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection on offer. We didn't have evening dinner as it was quite a limited menu which I believe may be changed soon. All the staff were great, so friendly and helpful. I hope the bar and dining area will be addressed to make a more ambient atmosphere. We did enjoy our stay

Beautiful hotel,friendly helpful staff,day and night,we had stayed previously for a wedding,but came back for a birthday weekend,really enjoyed our stay,only complaint i have was they was doing the function room up,right below our room so was woken early sat and sun by the work being done,sanding scraping,banging.if not for noise it would of been 5 star,but would book again,as the hotel and area is beautiful.
