With three welcoming bedrooms and four beds, this single-level home comfortably sleeps up to six guests. After a day exploring the beach or visiting local attractions, retreat to restful rooms designed for relaxation. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for families or groups.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics and dishware for easy home-style meals. Share breakfast at the indoor dining table or step out to the screened patio for breezy, open-air dining.

Outdoor living
Step through the doors to a screened patio featuring a ceiling fan and a skylight above the dining and lounge area. Beyond, the fully fenced private backyard offers a grassy open space, ideal for quiet moments or for kids to play safely.

Comfort & amenities
Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans throughout. The home also provides WiFi, an HDTV, and in-unit washer and dryer. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Parking & access
Guests have free driveway parking for two vehicles and can check in easily using a lockbox for self access.
