It was super cool. Parking, room, bed, bathroom, wifi and an excellent choice of food in the bar. Really enjoyed the stay. We were staying close to the stoneleigh show ground. Excellent choice. 100% will be back. The main man, the waiter, bar man, manager, host - Sumo. (Spelling not right I’m sure sorry. TOP BLOKE. Really welcoming and an excellent hotelier

Not bad for a 3 star, but could have been better. The kettle had more limscale than limscale itself. And had a stink in the room.
Need bit of cleanliness. Or else, all good.
Noisy, squeaking floorboards, outside and nextdoor, humming noise throughout the night. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. Dated furniture, radiator not working in bathroom. Poor shower unit
Staff friendly. Breakfast additional cost but fine. Room was 'ok' booked the superior room but cracked raised tile to bathroom entrance, no heating on for first night so felt cold. Noisy even during the early hours of the morning.
Room 110 reeked of smoke (curtains, carpets, blankets, pillows) making sleep impossible. The corridor outside the room provided a preview. After complaining I was moved to a different room that was much better. Both bathrooms were good though.
