Our room was clean and anything we needed more of was not a problem. All of the rooms are close to everything on the property. Our room was one of the bigger rooms and it was perfect for us. The staff in the office, at breakfast, landscapers, housekeeping all were so kind and would talk to guests. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and calming. When you walk off the property basically there’s so many places either right there or within walking distance. Thank you Duval House!!! We will see you again!!!

What’s not to like about this place. Right on Duval Street. Free parking out back. Walk to everything. The people were wonderful. The rooms were spotless. Had a balcony overlooking the back pool. Absolutely beautiful. Like sitting in your own private rainforest. Pool was small but really clean. Everyone we met there were friendly and nice. Great experience. 10 stars!

I like the Key West style of the property. The furniture style is classic Key West. Beds were comfortable. Some of the sheets felt like nylon, kinda noisy when you move. The window unit a/c was very noisy. It kept going on and off every 6 minutes at different temp settings. The bathroom was not well ventilated. There was a window in there but the handle was broken so it couldnt be opened. Stayed muggy in the bathroom with the door opened. Parking is decent. They charge $30 per night to park. Overall, Id stay there again for the convenience of being on Duval St.

Loved having a room with front porch on Duval to people watch! Love, love, loved the beautiful back area going to breakfast nook, all the tropical plants. Loved Tuxedo house cat!
