we had a very comfortable stay. The location is very convenient. The staff was very attentive. The ocean view room we booked had view blocked by a late night party and gazebos on the first night. we talked to the front desk staff and they accommodated us in a superb room the next nights. the new room seemed an upgrade in the main building and awesome views. the breakfast was also well appointed and had carry box for our family member who always slept in late.

The property was undergoing construction, so we got complimentary breakfast everyday. The air conditioner in the room was loud and the hall on the second floor smelt musty. The tiki bar was under construction so the pool area was not as appealing as our past visits. Overall it was ok.

Everything was fantastic with this hotel. My only complaint is that I paid for the Bay view and we woke up to a giant cruise ship parked in front of our balcony! Apparently there is a cruise ship docked there from 0800 until 1700 each day! The hotel is very close to Malory Square, Duval Street and many great shops and restaurants! We absolutely loved Key West!
