This place was fine, but did not live up to our expectations based on the reviews we’d read and the price. There were two things we were disappointed by. Firstly, the breakfast was really bad. It is described on their website as an ‘expanded continental breakfast’, but it was actually very limited. It consisted of plastic packaged bagels, muffins and cream cheese. There was nothing fresh other than a few pieces for fruit. For an ‘expanded’ breakfast we hoped for a nice selection of meats and cheeses for example to go with the bagels, particularly given the $500 per night we were paying. Secondly, they send you an email to let you know you can rent bikes during your stay and to let them know if you’d like to reserve some. However, it turns out you need to pay cash upfront or they refuse to let you take them. There was no mention of this in the email, which would have been incredibly helpful given that so few people carry cash with them these days. This needs to be disclosed in the email, or they need to offer Venmo or Zelle as an option. We also thought it was odd that they are not included for free with your stay when you’re paying $500 per night to stay there. If you arrive after 5pm all the staff have left, so there is no one to welcome you and explain to you the basics such as breakfast hours or cash required for bikes etc. and they don’t leave any instructions in the room like most places do.

Très joli petit hôtel. Propre bien entretenu, très bonne literie. Le Petit déjeuner avait l’air bien mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause des activités que nous avions réservé le matin puisqu’il est servi à 8h30, ce Qui est un peu tard je trouve. Mais le reste est un sans faute et John vous donnera plein de conseils pour explorer key west il est passionné par l’île et c’est très agréable d’avoir des bons plans dès son arrivée.

Gemütliches/familiäres Hotel etwas abseits gelegen

Zur Duval Street sind es ca. 15/20 min zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist gut: die Apartments/Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und haben alle einen eigenen Eingang. Kphlschrank, mikrowelle, geschirr und Haartrockner, Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Die Rezeption ist nur tagsüber besetzt. Sehr hilfsnereites Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhsnden. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stehen den ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung und das Frühstück war besser als erwartet. Die Anlage gesamt ist sehr hellhörig, allerdings waren alle Gäste sehr rücksichtsvoll und es war nachts immer sehr leise.

Klein aber fein

Süßes Hotel in zentraler Lage (man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und das Auto vorm Hotel oder in einer Seitenstraße parken ohne Gebühren zu zahlen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein (mit 2 großen Koffern war es schon eine kleine Herausforderung) aber für eine Nacht auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Leider waren in der Dusche einige Haare (hab ich dann weggemacht und alles war gut) sonst alles sauber. Frühstück war klasse! Wir hatten Raum 2 und unsere kleine private Terasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch. Sehr sehr schön. Das Team ist auch super nett und freundlich. Auch eine späte Anreise war nach vorheriger Absprache kein Problem.
