Clean room. Staff attentive to anything needed! Only complaint would be shower in room 108 is tiny and toilet is to close to sink. Its not just becausecI am a larger person but for myvwife too she is Small!

The property was clean, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The check-in staff was very kind and helpful, they allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. We will definitely choose The Palms again.

Rooms look like theyve been renovated by somebody a tube caulk . Shower was the size of a telephone booth ....shower curtain would stick to you cause the bathroom windy was drafty. Split climate system had a Do not use heat sign...so when it was bone cold this past weekend we froze. Spend a litle more to be closer to Davul , get a better place n not spend $$ on uber or a golfcart as this place is a 25 min walk.

There was no working heat in the room and we literally slept in our clothes. The office was closed or we would have asked for a blanket as there was only a thin coverlet on the bed. The shower only produced lukewarm water. Ww shivered through the first night and went to the office the next morning and requested that we be moved to a room with functional heat. We were refused. We them told the front desk that we were checking out because we were in our 70's and could not tolerate a freezing cold and drafty room (nobody could). We requested a refund for one night and we were refused. We asked to speak to a manager and were given an email address. Furthermore, there was a sign in the bathroom that had instructions that no toilet paper be put into the toilet. What??? Gross. Parking was also a nightmare which required driving around looking for a space. We cannot recommend this spot for any reason.

The pool bar was closed Monday to Friday, the young lady at the front desk said that it was stated on the website, it was not. Also there was a sign in the bathroom not to flush toilet paper down the toilet , we thought it was a joke , so we asked at the front desk and he said it was true, we were to use a trash can and not flush the toilet paper in the toilet. Unbelievable.. would never stay there again .

The hotel staff was wonderful, but the truth is it's an old hotel and the rooms are very small. You can hear all the noises from outside the room. You can walk to Duval Street, but you should know that it's a long walk.

The hot water in the shower was limited at best. It also took 3 to 4 minutes before it would get up to the room. The hot water in the sink was nonexistent. I was not at all happy with the parking situation, as I have a heart condition and had to park two blocks away and carry my bags.

We had a great stay at the Palms it was close enough to walk to a lot of places. It was nice to have a parking space right out front. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet!!!

The room was very clean! The place is very old but has been updated in a way that preserves the old charm. Nice pool area and above average :free" breakfast. Pleasant, accommodating staff. If we went back, we would definitely stay there again.
