Yes the staff were exceptional kind. The member of staff called Lottie (Charlotte) brought me a juice while I waited for other members of our party. She with her colleagues made a table for nine available, which was extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to staying again sometime.

The reception area and dinner area was very modern but the rooms were outdated and a let down. It’s rated a 4* however our room wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust in most places. My partner had to reach to the back of the tv to turn it on and his jumper was covered in clumps of dust. The mirror was dusty as well as the remote control, light switch’s and surfaces. The shower curtain had mould on. The rooms need a refurbish especially the bathroom.

Not good experience

Checked into a room which wasn’t ready. We walked in and it had not been cleaned. Was not advised about breakfast times, where restaurant was or how to access WiFi. Ordered breakfast in the room for 10.30 and went to reception to ask where it was at 10.55 and it had just left the kitchen.

Lovely staff - especially in the restaurant and the spa. Spacious comfortable room and the spa facilities were good. The hotel has a nice friendly feel about it and the food is excellent and value for money. Will stay again soon.
