It was great. I am waiting to see what my charges are going to total because the app said $388 but at the hotel it was $450+. Maybe a deposit? Other than that, clean room, excellent customer service.

The room had a broken living area light. The unlit work area/desk area necessitated a change in work plans--a major inconvenience for me. It took housekeeping more than 24 hours to correct the issue--a second major inconvenience. While the front desk associate comped me one night and all resort fees, that didn't seem equitable for the entire stay. I paid the single night fee, but left a night early and will NEVER return to this facility. There are plenty of other nearby choices promising better rates, rewards and offerings.

Basically it was great. It was my 21 birthday and I had a blast! The staff was great with the exception of floor cocktail waitress. They were rude and never waited on my handicap mom and aunt.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed on the strip over 20 times and have no desire to go back. At the Grand, the casino is friendly, clean rooms and good food options. What else would you want?

We have stayed at this property numerous times over the past 4 years and every time the elevator in the garage is broken. My husband has a disability and requires a mobility scooter to get around, having to ride that down several levels in a parking garage is really a dangerous situation.
