I'm not a gambler - I was on a road trip that took me through Vegas and I thought I'd try downtown. I can't comment on the casino, but the room was great and I enjoyed the old school vibe.

Really great, friendly and helpful staff. Vintage room was cute, clean and quiet. Common areas were smokier than expected, sheets a bit rough, and lights in room didn’t work, so had to wait for engineering to fix. Otherwise a nice stay and good value.

Both mornings I was woken up at 5:30 am by a terrible sound of jackhammers and sledgehammers. With only a few hours sleep needless to say I was torked. Call the the front office and was hung up on twice. Normally a good little place to stay when on Fremont.

It was so lovely to be met at the front door of the property to have our bags checked. The front desk staff were so polite and most helpful. Thought the wrist bands for room entrance and elevator security were clever! Greatly appreciated the bell support to our room. Our room was so well preened. Appreciated the sanitization of the remote and the greeting on the TV. When our early morning flight was noted by the bellman a cab was called to the front immediately. We will visit again!

Great location

We love the location to downtown. Everything is right there and very walkable. The restaurant is good. The only thing is that it is loud if your room faces Fremont Street.

The staff was horrible. The room we got had music until 4am Then the maintenance knocked on our door 9am knocking until we answered. The staff was rude said they didnt speak english. I had to speak spanish. The room Had tons of lint and dirty ac filters . Tons of lint and dirt. Such a horrible experience.

Good grown-up fun!

We had a great room (king bed, on he corner) with a nice view. However, the coffee maker broke - twice! They were very quick to replace the coffee maker and keep me well supplied with coffee pods. The desk chair didn't go high enough (I had to work while there) but I was able to use the vanity space as a desk. It was a lovely downtown Las Vegas stay!

Stayed here because they had many 5 cent poker/keno machines but they took a lot of them out and only had them in this smaller room which was smoky and had an issue with homeless people.

Parking garage was acceptable but small with low roofs. Security allowed me to park on lower floor due to size of my vehicle. 24 hour manned security booth in garage was needed and appreciated. Check in adequate. Security bands required to access elevators and room was appreciated. “Remodeled” room must have been in 1994. Dated and worn. No bathroom door horrible design. Tile floor in shower gross. Tiny area for toilet and shower. Low toilet. UNCOMFORTABLE bed. HORRIBLE! Good room temperature controls. Poor selection of tv channels. No maid service first night. Brushed it off. No maid service second night. I went to the front desk and she told me I must have put the do not disturb on the door. I told her I did not. Front desk said they would make sure we had service the next day. NO MAID SERVICE THE THIRD DAY! I called and spoke with on site property manager. He apologized and offered to remove two days of the amenity fee. ( I had to ask for this upon checkout). We finally received maid service on the fourth night. Loud late night neighbors not the hotel’s fault but I’m sure it’s every night. Friday night there is an EXTREMELY LOUD outdoor DJ at the container bar/food venue across the street. It went all night until we passed out from exhaustion early Saturday morning. Again not hotel’s fault but you can’t sleep and they could mention it to potential guests. Fremont street where this hotel is located is overrun with beggars, drunks and “entertainers”. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It’s not a high glamorous hotel, but it’s a great fun hotel with all reasonable prices & convenient to all locations on Fremont Street ( walkable ). A perfect place to lay your head down for the night. Because you’re in Vegas, that’s the only time you should be back at the hotel. Or for a snack ; ) I will book here again.
