Staff were very helpful in helping with the noise by switching us to a more quiet room. But, rooms were very hot and the air conditioners were not very helpful at all. We had to sleep with open windows.

The room is not what is looks online. It was an hotel hotel. The room was so hot that we needed to ask for a fan, still hot! You can hear noise coming from the other room and also noise coming from the band playing at the fremont street. But the room is clean its just not what im expecting to be..

Upon arrival staff at valet were very friendly ! When checking in I was being “ helped “by Julula I believe ( JAY as she said she goes by ) that was extremely RUDE ! She kept on trying to pick up an argument with me for no reason about my reservation . Cinthia was on the other side and she stepped in to help and was extremely nice ! She explained everything that was included with my rooms like coupons and freebies .. We stayed at the 3rd floor ! They are old ( original ) not updated rooms . Rooms were clean. My biggest issue was the AC /HEATHER . You have no control whatsoever. Based on the small sign you either leave it on and get heat in the winter or cold in the summer . You can not change or adjust the temperature! My window was right on Fremont Street! So I had free shows all night long ( I have no sleeping issues ) but if you do , do not, do not stay in the 3rd floor !! I had full show access thru my window . Everything else was “ OK”

Everything was absolutely perfect about this hotel. It was nice and cozy recently updated. The staff was nice and the room was right on Main Street. There is access to two pools at two different hotels, which were amazing. When we first arrived, we were a little worried about the loud noise and music but everything stops at exactly 1:57 am I would highly recommend this hotel for your downtown experience

The Golden Gate Rooms are original, oldskool Vegas. Clean, but definitely not luxurious. Staff was extremely friendly. The A/c in our particular room wasn't working properly. But for a cheap room in Vegas, it is what it is.
