1st room wasnt clean and looking out the window to a bunch of air conditioning units, 2nd room was clean a bit out dated and needed repair. Toilet ran constantly, shower head was calcified and needed cleaning, bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom the carpet had a bubble in it(carpet stretcher needed) window facing Freemont st was great but filthy.

2/10 Terrible

We arrived and the room we received was clean except in the bathroom it was dirty and had hair from someone all over the tub. We went down to the check in area and within a minute the person who helped us said sorry and gave us a brand new way cleaner room with sincerest apologies. I had a great time there.
