Cant wait for the rest of the plaza to be updated. Always agreat stay friendly staff and comfy rooms. Stay away from fremont side if you dont like loud music.

Front desk clerk was not overly patient. I had booked (and paid) for a king room, he said I got 2 queens beds. When I asked about the possibility to change, and he was short and dismissive, saying it wasn't possible, and that was the end of that. Our shower was not properly cleaned upon arrive and we had our smoke alarm go off at 2am due to a burning smell coming from our air-conditioner. It was too late to switch rooms but were offered a different room. Casino staff were amazing. Uber picks ups should be more clearly displayed - we had weird pick ups from each driver

It was good. Except the shower. The spray wasn’t very pleasing. It wasn’t a low flow showerhead ,lots of water being used, and not even a nice stream for the shower. no stopper for the sink so you couldn’t fill the sink up -just ran right down the drain ,otherwise I was pretty pleased

Room was very outdated. Couch had stains on it. Bathroom door had dirty stuff stuck all over it. Bed was ok. Casino was average and staff was nice. But honestly if we were going to be in our room for more than just mainly sleeping I would have went elsewhere. We were on the 21st floor North Towers. Good downtown location. Don't plan on staying there again.

If you like warm, umid rooms to sleep in then go for it. I was in room 1405. They absolutely override the A/C unit. It was miserable. I would not stay there again.
