I was never able to stay at the hotel even though I paid for the room. I was trying to move the date of my stay to 5/4 from 5/1 but the hotel would never commit to it. SO my original room reservation date came and not until after the date passed did they confirm I wouldn't be able to move the date. I didn't get the room on the original reservation date because I didn't want it to void my chance of getting the room on 5/4. I was told the hotel staff was not very helpful and rude sometimes so I will never stay there again.

West side

Noises in rooms on the west side. We were 15teen floors up and can still hear the music from Freemont stage until 2Am +. Recommen stay on east side, rooms were good other than that.

I like it because it is close to everything. I get a room with two queen beds but only have two towels. I think it should have four towels.
