Great room, very spacious and very clean. Only issue we had was room was very warm so had the window open and there was a lorry on the lorry park that was refrigerated so quite noisy most of the night.

Really moody front reception staff. We checked in and the receptionist was moody; grumpy and felt annoyed that another guest has turned up. When we checked out and another receptionist also lacked basic customer service skills. The room had no air conditioning and was hot especially since the windows don’t fully open. We were given room on the section where trucks parked- there was constant noise from trucks parking and keeping engines on. If you are staying in this hotel make sure you bring ear plugs.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make my stay a positive one, however the noise from the motorway was too much to me personally. If your going to stay bring your earplugs with you it will ensure a good nights sleep. The earplugs safe me from a sleepless night. Great stay other than the noise.
