Great location, staff and room. Only downside was that they do not accept walk in reservations at the reception. Reservations must be booked online. You can book it whilst in the hotel lobby from your phone though.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, attentive, professional. Specifically, Ewa on the front desk and Robert in the buffet breakfast area - they consistently addressed guest needs in a way that made it clear they wanted each guest to have the best possible stay.
