Easy to get to, very good parking. Bright welcoming reception area and reception staff.? Helpful , friendly staff. Good nights sleep, very quiet ( I was on top floor). Will definitely stay there next time

Great all round hotel

Pros: Location, staff, room size.
Cons: 'Cooked' breakfast option only consisted of Sausages, Scrambled egg, and Baked beans.
Location: Convenient for Birmingham centre, and good external facilities (Frankie & Benny's and Costa right outside).
Convenient location for Birmingham, good facilities nearby, cannot fault the staff who were more than accomodating, generous, friendly. Only one small point at fault, was that the toaster did not work at breakfast with no available back up or alternative method of making toast!!. Everything else was great

Good location

Pros: The hotel was very clean,with very polite staff, the breakfast bufffet was plentiful without any queues and the scrambled egg was lovely. The hotel is
Cons: Lighting needs to be brighter in the rooms.
Location: Lichfield town about 10 min drive away, with many shops, a street market and plenty of pubs and bars that do food and a wonderful catherdral.
The hotel was very clean,with very polite staff, the breakfast bufffet was plentiful without any queues and the scrambled egg was lovely. The hotel is in a good location with about a 10 min drive to Lichfield town where there is plenty of eating houses including a very cheap Weatherspoons. The rooms were big, clean and warm. One downside was the lighting in the room could have been brighter. And the big downside the wine at the bar was very expensive at ÂŁ7 a glass ouch.

Very good stay

I stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. I arrived before check in time but was given my room as it was ready. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negative (and it's nothing the hotel can really do anything about) is the boy racers in the nearby car park & McDonalds.

Hieno paika

Hotelli oli parempi kuin odotin. Sai adaptereita, henkilÀkunta oli valmiita palvelemassa ja kuunteli toiveita. Huoneet olivat siistit ja niistÀ löytyi kaikki tarvittava! Hieno paikka kaikenkaikkiaan! Sijainti oli vÀhÀnkaukana keskustasta, kÀveleminen sinne oli vÀhÀnÀ vaarallista koska ei ollut suojatietÀ/se oli todella kapea ottaen huomioon ettÀ ihmiset ajoivat tosi lujaa ohi ja lÀheltÀ.
