Cheerful and very helpful staff, liked the bang up to date/ new decor which still allowed the lovely old character of this historic inn to come through. Nice big room and bathroom.

Central for cathedral. Pre oedered breakfast all comes at once and still eating corn flakes when main breakfast arrives and gets cold.

It is very close to the Cathedral, restaurants & castle etc. The breakfasts were very good and the restaurant good for dinner. It was not obvious where the parking was, but I parked out front and asked the receptionist and she explained that it was at the back of the hotel and I had to drive along the road a bit, then around and up a narrow lane. I didn’t use the car for the rest of the stay.

Stayed there four the fourth time. Never disappoints. Staff are so friendly, nothing is to much trouble. Just a lovely stay alround. Feel comfortable there and relaxed.
