Ok, but only if you’re in it for minimal time

Not the cleanest room and incredibly incredibly small. Not much space for luggage considering this is an airport hotel

Stress-free solo travelling

It was comfortable and just right for a solo traveller, perfect for overnight stay for an early flight next day! Definitely recommend for an stress-free trip! No complaints :)

Night lights are way too bright , cannot shut off

Hotel is fine but they have really bright “night lights” that are on the entire night, very disruptive for sleep even with face mask, they shine from the ceiling, really need to be able to shut these off , would not stay again at any hotel in the chain if this is what they do

Room extremely small - literally only a few inches between one side of the bed and a wall making it very difficult to get out of that side of the bed. Ensuite very small also.

Great choice for T3

Comfortable and convenient for T3. No frills hotel. but does all that is needed for a quick overnight stay. Bed extremely comfortable. Room quiet and well stocked.

Unfair fee policy!

We intended to use this hotel for a layover at LHR. Upon check-in we discovered that if you book on Hotels.com check-in is not until 15:00 (3:00pm), however if you book directly you can choose the window of your arrival and departure. We were required to pay an additional fee at the time of check-in for a room that already was a poor value compared to other hotels in the area. WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN

Rooms small but adequate with good size comfortable double bed. My wife has mobility difficulties and the staff went out of their way to help when we wanted to go to dinner in the terminal Ocean restaurant and again in the morning when getting the airport assistance staff to help us get her and the luggage from hotel reception to the Virgin check-in desks.
