It was very good. Great location as it was easy just heading to check in the next morning. Staff friendly, clean room a little on the small side with 4 cases but we managed. We have no real complaints at all. Would happily stay again

Works for me

Third time staying here and it suits me perfectly. Spotlessly clean. Tiny, windowless rooms but adequate and comfortable. Not as soundproof as one might hope. No nearby restaurants without going through security, but you can pick up decent food and drink at the M&S nearby. Nice little public hangout space on the 2nd floor. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Room was clean but very small, but no worries only there for the night. It was good because you walk down to the arrivals in terminal 3 and cross over to departures and check in with Virgin Atlantic, very nice

Our experience was just okay. Being literally in T3 is great for location, but we had two rooms and no windows. The walls and floors echoed and felt cheap. I won't stay here again.

So handy, right in the corner of arrivals. M&S outside. Coffee machine available in the library. Tea, coffee & complimentary water in your room. If you want a meal or cooked breakfast you need to go out into the airport. I had a lounge so had breakfast there. Room is small, clean & comfortable, temp perfect. Nothing I can fault so 10/10

The location is super convenient for T3 and T2. I love being able to walk to my flights. Hotel is very much fit for purpose. No frills, but comfortable. The only thing I really don’t like is the bright green light above the bed and also near the door in the larger rooms. I guess it might be mandatory as there are no windows, but I prefer to sleep in complete blackness

Getting to the hotel from outside the airport served as a challenge as there was no drop off area available to cars at the terminal entrance. If one has multiple bags, pushing them on a trolley across roads can be quite challenging as there are no clear signage as to how to get to the hotel lobby from outside the terminal. In addition the distance between Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 is not a 10 minute walk as advertised. It’s more like a 20 minute walk going down a ramp, walking underground for a fair distance (only because I had to push my trolley load of bags) & finally walking up a ramp to get to the check-in counters. This hotel is more appropriate for the business traveler or traveler with minimal luggage. The room was small but well maintained, quiet, clean with a good shower & very comfortable bed.

We would not use this hotel again. We paid £175 for a double room. We were allocated a single room. The room was so small the bed had to be touching the wall which meant working yourcl way up from the end. Thete is no window. After asking for a proper double room we were told that we were in a "transit" hotel and they would not move us.
