Easy and affordable location by the airport with very basic rooms. Was surprised at the noise level, we could hear conversations from people walking outside. it seems like the windows are not very soundproof considering how close they are to the runway. Staff seemed fine, but did not provide much in the way of customer service. Breakfast selection was good and nice coffee options but the scrambled eggs were very runny

Can’t heat food either in hotel rooms or any where around the hotel. No microwave even in hotel lobby. And staff won’t help you heat food. Room was decent for the price but no cleaner cleaner or changed sheets and towels in two days. Everything else was good.

The building needs maintenance. Other than that, it was fine for me alone, but I wouldn't have wanted my wife to stay there with me. Access to the bus lines was excellent, the breakfast offered a full selection of hot and cold traditional English breakfast items, and the staff was great. Convenient to Heathrow but outside the flight paths, so it was pretty quiet. Take the Elizabeth Line instead of the Piccadilly Line into the city. It's faster. 40 min. to an hour depending on your destination. No frills, but that's fine if you're looking to save some money. Would definitely stay there again if travelling solo.

The overriding impression is of surly, unsmiling staff. On checking in it felt like I was nuisance, the barman that evening personified unfriendliness, and the restaurant staff the following morning were positively rude in pushing past the guests.

Carpark notices everywhere saying pay pay pay and at the entrance a big electronic board saying pay here so I did only to find if I paid at the desk it was £10 less, wasn't very happy so had a free breakfast but I didn't enjoy the coffee and juice at breakfastthe rest was good . Room a little small
