Affordable and new, but that’s it. We needed to be in Vauxhall for an event, and with the current industrial action on the trains we decided to stay overnight. We had a tiny room on the top floor - a windowless room, except for a small skylight at the top of the very high cone shaped ceiling - you could open this slightly with a control panel. The glass-screened shower in the en-suite is so tiny that you can barely turn around, and bending to wash the lower half of your body is impossible - we are not large people and anybody big-framed (eg rugby player), or anybody obese would not even be able to close the glass doors. The hospitality tray - such as it was - contained two mugs but only one glass, one tea bag and one potion each of full cream and srmi skimmed UHT milk. No herbal teas. One sachet each of caffeinated and decaf instant coffee. Although our floor only constainer perhaps five or six rooms, we were awakened throughout the night by the noisy banging of other room doors and the door from the lift area through to where the rooms were. The room was so small that my side of the bed was about 1 metre from the room door. There is budget, and there is we-are-going-to-skimp-on-every-detail. This place is the latter. A very unsatisfactory stay and will not use again.

hard to find

We found it quite difficult to find the Hotel. However once there, it was very comfortable, lovely room and the air conditioning was brilliant. Took me a while to find the blind for the dormer window. Breakfast was not fantastic. However the staff were very helpful and the room was really lovely, comfortable, clean and also the free mobile is a good idea!

Matkustin kahdestaan tyttäreni kanssa, oikein sopivan kokoinen huone meille. Lähimmälle metroasemalle mukava n.8minuutin kävelymatka. Henkilökunta todella avulias ja ystävällinen. Aamupala olisi voinut olla hieman kattavampi.
