Overall a good stay! Staff very welcoming and friendly! Want to just say a massive thankyou to the couple who run the bar attached to the hotel with their son Noah. What a beautiful family! Very accommodating& Just down to earth! The only fault was the bedroom window didn’t open and the bathroom sink was clogged other than that highly recommend. The hotel was located directly opposite an event we had booked in the roundhouse which was perfect for us & a 2 minute walk from Camden markets! Ideal location - Will definitely be back ☺

Disappointing- my third or fourth stay and now possibly my last. The shower holder was broken so I had to try and shower holding it in my hand which was very difficult. I didn’t see this until I got in the shower so unable to report earlier. The blinds across the dormer were closed and would not open so the room was in constant darkness. Only two coat hangers, not enough for one guest, let alone two. Other little things like missing screw covers on the towel rail leaving sharp exposed metalwork. Very noisy plumbing so I was awake from 4am when other guests started showering. Such a shame as it’s always been a lovely place to stay.

Reception staff were lovely , welcoming and friendly. As a wheelchair user it wasnt completely accessible, step into reception! Several heavy doors to navigate to our room. Room was sufficient but bed creaky and duvet was tucked to tightly i couldn't pull it up.
