Well kept and serviced hotel at one of the worlds busiest airports. We sneaked in just before the “Total UK” flight shutdown, that wffectively closed Heathrow temporarily!

Comfortable stay. Service very good. Breakfast also very good, ( pre-pay to save $) Try Indian dishes for dinner-excellent and authentic) Unfortunately, everything was overpriced Insider tip: If you’re looking for a more reasonably priced soft drink, use soda machine in Terminal 4 just outside long walkway.

The Crowne Plaza is connected to a Holiday Inn, which provides a breakfast. The Crowne Plaza does not even have coffee for guests in the morning. Also the shuttle in the morning is not reliable. There is a VERY detailed schedule of the pickup times on the counter. The representative told us to arrive early for our pickup and so we did but it arrived quite late and the guest services had no information. We began to understand why people were booking UBER pickup. I must say also that the advertised free shuttle to the airport was a primary reason for choosing the hotel, but we were told that we had to pay for the shuttle when it arrived. So this is just information. Other than this, the hotel is fine.

Stayed for 2 nights after a cruise. The hotel is in Terminal 4 at LHR and easy to get to; however, you need to select the correct bus to get there. We thought we had a free one, but found that it was not. By that time we were too tired to change buses and simply paid the fare. Breakfast was excellent; dinner menu could be improved with more standard offerings. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Will likely stay there again.

Excellent hotel at LHR - stayed multiple times

We love this hotel and have stayed here 3 times in the past 5 years on the last night of our trips. It is very convenient to Heathrow. There is a direct walkway from Terminal 4 and several good places to eat at the hotel. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. A family room was not available for our most recent stay, so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel was incredibly helpful in getting us adjoining rooms, so we could stay side-by-side. Highly recommend this Crowne Plaza for transit Heathrow passengers.
