Staff excellent, very clean and tidy everywhere Coffee and breakfast good Lounge area cold, sitting having a glass of wine in a coat is not acceptable !! Room very clean and comfortable bed, nice bathroom However room very cold and have to ring reception for them to turn heat on every time you need it switched on Railway very near and irritating when trying to sleep. Would you stay here again - No

Standard Hilton. It does what it needs to. Staff were good. Evening meal was good. Beverage quality is ok. Sleep quality was ok. Not my favourite matress. The street is not the best in Kingston.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely spacious , clean room and comfy bed! Inexpensive parking very close by!

Excellent location with a short walk to shops , river and exploring Parks. Rooms are good size, clean and quiet. Check in efficient with safety measures in place to protect hotels guests and staff. Lots of hand sanitizer including in the lift. Only gripe is the hotel advertises there is a car park which is 1min walk in multi-storey which is payable at £14/night. But this is not the case and we paid at the car park machine at cost of £22 for 24hrs - this is not part of the hotel but the information is not up to date.

Excellent hotel, really clean and comfortable. Nice bar and breakfast. Parking available at the multi story across the road, about £14 per day. Only negative was the shower is in the bath, having a bad hip I needed asssistance getting in and out. Other than that it was a really good stay and I would book again.

Very nice hotel

Stayed here for a corporate event at Hampton Court. Booked in my boss too, he got the train from the north and he was pleased it was so close to the station. I drove and the car park is opposite the hotel. Clean rooms and well equipped. Had a light lunch which wasn't too expensive. Very nice hotel.

Le linge de toilette inexistant chaque jour. Il faut le demander à chaque fois pour qu’ils nous n’apportent. Pareil pour le savon. La terrasse est tellement sale et les vitres aussi. Poussière partout. Niveau hygiène pour un hilton ça laisse à désirer. C’est un hôtel de passage, ne vous attendez pas à plus alors que ça coûte un bras. Décevant et beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Je vous le déconseille

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Kingston Upon Thames

Pros: Das Hotelteam & Service ,
Cons: wir waren nicht so viel im Hotel, haben auch nicht dort gegessen, von daher schwer zu sagen was es zu verbessern gibt
Location: im Zentrum von Kingston Upon Thames, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmeile, Hampton Cour Palace in der Nähe
Dieses noch sehr neue Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Kingston Upon Thames, nahe des Bahnhofes und des Stadtzentrums. Auch das Zentrum von London ist von hier aus mit einem direkten Zug gut erreichbar. Das Hotelteam & Service ist hervorragend und sehr zuvorkommend.
