A very pleasant hotel with modern, clean rooms, ideal for a business stopover. 10 minutes walk from Bermondsey which is very cool. Downside was the area is a bit rundown and it was a bit noisy at night.

Not aware needed photo ID for check in even though im from and live in the UK, this was not a good start to my stay, It is a nice clean tidy hotel, good room plenty of plug sockets, tv hairdryer and kettle, good shower and bathroom, drinking water tap seperate to normal tap. Twenty mins -at least- from nearest tube. Not a nice area to be in, nothing near by except a mexican (can recommend) and a lidl.

Large room well equipped and clean. The hotel is on a very busy road very polluted. The room was smelling gas. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel for incredible price

During the week you will hardly find any better or cheaper option in central london. Right next to bus stops (takes about 5-10 minutes to elephant and Castle or London Bridge by bus . 15-20 Minutes walk to elephant and castle ,tower bridge or London Bridge. Hotel itself got a brand new feeling to it very comfortable beds staff is 24/7 on duty to help with all your needs /enquiries. Only thing which I would say it's negative is the price increase over the weekends . Sunday-Wednesday/thursday u can get a bigger then average very nice double room anywhere between £55-75 but the weekends prices are reaching excess of £100 which is fine for the heart of central london but I think it's way too expensive for this area. Other then that I can't say or even think anything bad of this hotel. It's a hidden little gem so if u ever come to London book your stay here, you won't be disappointed

Just OK

Bad stuff - In room WiFi is at extra charge. Room flooring is cold tiles. Road noise kept me awake. Very strange tap arrangement for wash basin. Awful thin, hard pillows.Car park is a builder's yard. Room climate control only works with card in slot (so very cold in winter on arrival) Good stuff - Nice reception area. Good bed. Coffee/tea making in room. BBC on TV. Night-light in bathroom. Bus stop very close. Ozzies cafe next door. Overall clean fresh feel. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you don't want to spend a fortune and like the location.

Lovely hotel well worth the money

For check in I found the first member of staff quite rude and uninterested the second was training and the third pleasant..yes three people to check me in. The hotel was absolutely spotless and very modern. I enjoyed my stay. was very clean .not happy about ten o'clock check out. Location is not Tower Bridge and not in the nicest looking neighbourhood but overall was close enough to city and great value for money.

Good for a night

Was a reasonably pleasant stay, good for just one night, although the location wasn't brilliant the walk to Elephant and Castle wasn't to bad and there are regular busses from the hotel to the tube station. Not much to do in the area however it was a place to stay for the night. Room was comfy, bathroom was nice and staff we reasonably friendly. We had an ironing board but no iron and breakfast was simplistic. However, if only staying for a short period of time would reccomend :)
