Dear John,Upon check-in we advise all our guests that our reception is not 24 hours and does close from 11pm until 8am. Instructions are given on how to exit the building and there is clear signs as you leave, so we can only apologise if you cannot read them.We are situated in a well developed area with larger hotels situated to us. The walk to the airport is via safe bridge over the dock and many people from our hotel and others cross it all the time, without any incidents. We are disappointed we did not meet your expectations,
