Clean, quiet, comfortable and cool in the summer. Also the curtains helped make the room almost totally dark, ideal for catching up on sleep during daylight hours. Excellent breakfast.

Had a great overnight here / made a painful travel delay into an opportunity to rest and recharge. Enjoyed the beautiful clean room. Downside was the restaurant - the food was just okay and took 40 mins from ordering to receive food.

Long walk inside terminal to hotel but the hotel is on the airport campus. It was a nice more modern hotel and that was welcome at the end of our long vacation. Good reliable place to stay especially if you need to catch a plane at LHR the next day.
