Cleanliness was poor. Room furniture looked dated. Room was dusty, shower seal mouldy

+ Nice park with private access. + Nice staff in the restaurant (at dinner and breakfast) - Car park not secured (2 cars got their windows smashed during Valentines night). - Room with a “park view” (has selected on purpose and paid extra for it) was a view on the car park... There was not anymore available room with an actual park view in our first night, so they got us vouchers for the bar (despite me telling them we don’t really drink and would rather have a discount on the dinner we had in the hotel’s restaurant, but they told me that’s not possible...). Really disappointed on that one as I booked a hotel a bit out of town and in a park to enjoy some romantic greenery, not too see parked cars. - Room keys didnt work after the first night so had to go back downstairs to the reception the next morning after breakfast. Not a big deal, but still annoying. - When leaving the hotel for a walk out, had asked reception to tell the cleaning lady to put the soft toy and chocolate box I had left in the room on the bed once bed sheets changed so my gf can see them straightaway when getting in room. But the cleaning lady just put them near the tv. - Room was overall clean. Though chandelier had spider webs.
