The staff made it really worth it. Me and my sister visited for the Beyoncé tour. The staff accessorised the hotel to the theme of the show (country western) and were really helpful in advising how to get to Tottenham stadium. The room was clean and fit for our purpose. Enjoyed the breakfast also.

When we arrived the staff were really helpful polite and so lovely. They supported us with getting a taxi advice in the area and were really helpful with everything. We had a lovely stay and the breakfast was so lovely thank you

It was suitable for an overnight stay. The free breakfast service was slightly unorganised and a bit chaotic. One staff member was working the front desk and welcoming those for breakfast. Staff were friendly and informative. Overall an average hotel.

Budget hotel that was ok for the price paid. It could do with a bit of an update as some parts are looking a bit tired now. I only used it as a place to sleep so it wasn’t too much of an issue

Receptionist wast great, can’t remember her name but she was on point. Room was decent. Tv was dated. Bed was decent. Good value for money.

A below average room.

Just about OK for a last minute booked night but wouldn’t stay otherwise. Items in the room were broken, nails sticking out of broken drawers, window wouldn’t close. We just wanted a place to stay over night before an event the next day and served its purpose but only just. We wouldn’t stay again and spend more time looking for something better elsewhere. One of the staff at breakfast was incredibly helpful however and served so warmly, and this should certainly be recognised.

The situation here with parking was very unsatisfactory. After arriving we are told there is a parking charge ,ecen though the car park is park of the hotel grounds. As I was staying 2 days paid my fee ( card only option ) , this was at 11pm Upon arriving home i received an email from the car hire company to say I had incurred a fine as i left at 11.11am ( according to the email 11 minutes late). My understanding would be 48 hour payment takes me until 11pm not 11am. Not at all happy with this and the fact that the hotel stands on its own grounds including the car park.
