Good value for money

The hotel was clean and staff were welcoming but there was a, £50 upfront charge on arrival which was to cover anything purchased during the stay. I used £30 for a meal and on departure was told that the remaining £30 would be returned to my card automatically. This took 5 days.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, with Jyoti at the front desk providing excellent service and answering all my questions. The bar had a fantastic range of drinks, and the restaurant food was brilliant. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. The only minor issue I noticed was some fluff on the shower head, likely from a cleaning cloth—a small detail that didn’t impact my stay. Breakfast in the morning offered a great selection, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel met my needs perfectly for my event at ExCeL London, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and area, easy transport. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Parking is expensive and no charging points was a disappointment. Would return but the parking is a concern to take into consideration.

Great hotel for what we needed

Modt everything was great about the stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple who it seemed like to look busy and meant we had to wait to be served at the bar/front desk The only gripe we had was the drainage in the shower was incredibly slow so the tray filled up quite quickly and sould still have a bit of water in the bottom when the next person went in making it a tad slippery
