We stayed here because we had an early morning flight home to the States from London Heathrow. You cannot beat the location, it was a short train ride from terminal 3 and there is a covered walkway from the terminal to the hotel. Check in was fast, we ordered some food to take to the room for the night as it was around 10 p.m. when we checked in. Service was great. The room was a decent size and worked perfectly for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and my husband liked the pillows.

The online description says there is a 24hr shuttle service. However, this was not the case when I stayed. Based on the time I had to leave, I had to pay for an expensive taxi. May stay would have been elsewhere had I known this.

The site is shared by 2 hotels so it can be a little confusing which restaurant and bar to use. Incredibly convenient for the airport terminal with just a short walk through the covered walkway to get there.
