Would definitely stay here again.

Easy walk through covered walkway from Terminal 4. Had an accessible room which was perfect for someone with a disability like myself. Excellent bathroom with large accessible shower and other aids.

Room key didn't work

Key card to room didn't work, had to drag luggage back down corridors, wait for someone to get in lift so I could get back down to ground floor to request another key. Big queue at reception so long wait to get another key

Grossly unclean

Black mold in the shower, the sink would not drain, carpets gross with stains, some kind of mold on the bathroom door.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from Heathrow T4. Dining and drinking options are varied with the option of walking into the airport. Underground is 3 minutes away going into all the tourist places and T2,T3 and T5. The rooms and bathroom are adequate for a short stay. The windows can't be opened with no fresh air. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
