Fantastic hotel - one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, probably ever - it feels brand new even though it's a few years old now. The room was very big with excellent kitchen facilities, the A/C worked perfectly and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious and had a great range of options - would thoroughly recommend

Staff on front desk were lovely and welcoming. Concierge was helpful when we had difficulty getting to hotel due to fire evacuation at Westfield. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Pillows were a tad firm. View from window on 9th floor was amazing. Dinner was really nice on heated terrace. Disappointed that room service was not available due to staff shortages. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would stay again when in the area.

Nice simple, comfortable rooms that provided us (family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids) with everything we needed. Breakfast options were great. The location was AMAZING with endless amenities nearby from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, groceries, greenspace/parks, cycling as well as extremely convenient public transit options to anywhere in London. Would definitely stay here in this area again.

Another lovely stay at this hotel.great location. Good condition very large room. All staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative they ran out of brown bread for toast which I would expect as basic but loads of other items on the menu
