The staff and cleaners were lovely, room was very clean. Was disappointed on entering our room to see how small and little space there was to move, I banged my head 3 times on the top bunk over our bed and I'm only 5ft2 we didn't need the top bunk but it didn't give me any other options to pick without. The window barely opened and the room was so hot even though we were at the back of the hotel out of the sun it was so hot in the room and the plug in fan really didn't help much. After travelling all the way there I was so disappointed not to be able to make a cup of tea in our room and really didn't like using the hotel tea bags or milk downstairs as didn't taste very nice I prefer Pg tips and was disappointed at £2 for a cup of tea was very expensive when I could get a Costa tea from the Tesco round the corner (which still wasn't very nice either) for £1.50. Was too worried to order from the hotel any food as was the same Currys which makes me question if it's fresh cooked. So ordered from out.

Was looking for a single night stay for a business trip and it ticked all the bases. I did find couple of hairs in the shower but nothing major. I would say it proved its valie for money.

Basic but just right

The budget ideas is incredibly basic. It has a bed, a shower, a toilet, and a television and it's not much more that you need in general. It's only lacking a kettle, but hot water can be provided from the coffee machine on the ground floor. The room was incredibly spotless very well presented with a very nice shower room and toilet The only issue is that the walls are quite thin we had a triple room with a double bed and a bunk bed over the top and it was suitable for our needs and you don't really need much more. It is highly recommended. We only recommend the breakfast if Ur dietary requirements are restricted as it basic bread lunch meats yogurts muslie.

Stayed in room 121, bathroom, smelled like sewage. The radiator in the room bleeped all day and night, even after turning it off at the source. The two plug sockets were some how loose, so anything plugged in would constantly turn off without being touched. Pillows had next to no padding, cleaners came in on the second day, made the bed, exchanged towels and left the rubbish on the floor? Would have taken out rubbish ourselves if the bins had size to take the size/amount. Finally, asked to use an iron, was told there was a room with an iron in it, the iron was dirty, left marks on the one shirt I attempted to iron, on a board not even fit for a child as it was that small. I wear a size 16.5 shirt and even the sleeve of the shirt was longer than the board. Never seen facilities like that in a hotel, I understand its called Ibis budget, but this is not what anyone should expect at a hotel, let alone in London. Not looking for a refund or even an apology, just felt compelled to leave a review.

Extremely basic, the room had a very strong,spicy smell which also got into the fibre of the towels which had a very strong smell. I think it came from the kitchen as they were making curry meals to order as part of the hotel service. At the side of main route in London so was noisy for the whole time of our stay
