Visiting family in Greenwich, this is very well located. Close to the vibrant market area, it was still quiet and we were able to relax. The room was a little compact , but comfortable for a one night stay

Feeling unwanted

Checked in and paid for car park , no problem. Went outside the building to look around local area . When returned we sat in lobby on sofa, member of staff came over and basically asked us what are you doing there , are you staying here. Dreadful service

Very basic rooms, we were given an accessible room on 2nd floor maybe because my mum was celebrating her 88th bday? Lack of any water on arrival or even a nice hotel card to wish her a happy bday

Room was clean for a cheap one night hotel stay but the room stunk or cigarettes which wasn’t great. Also the cleaner knocked on our door randomly at 9am.
