It is as described- a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. as a regular user of hostels this was much cleaner than I expected, and much quieter at night than I expected.Very well placed for transport into central London via the underground. overground and buses. I shared a four bed dorm room with three very pleasant and respectful ladies, the room was small and hot but the bunk was comfortable and the shower was reasonable and easy to use. The staff were friendly and visible. It felt like a safe place to stay, I would stay here again. Thank you KGB

cheep but not cheerfull

Pros: The bed sheets where clean
Cons: Probably everything
Location: We where told that londons west end was about 10/15 mins away by taxi but it took 40 mins to get there. Found nothing to do close by
Not allowed to book in at time given, was told to wait in a large room that looked dirty & smelt of sweaty bodies. Did not get room that I booked, I ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Dining area was cold & dirty, I got coffee in a takeaway cup & left. I requested towels for myself & family & was sent to the laundry room to collect them myself but the person working in there did not understand what I wanted so I then had to go & find someone who could translate for me.

awful is too gentle a word

Total disaster. Rooms too small filthy and shabby. Staff rude and unhelpful. Single bathroom for whole floor. Bedsheets not changed . Plus location is far from central London.

Ne jamais choisir cette hotel

Nous avons loué une chambre pour 4 personnes. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures du matin.La receptionniste nous fait comprendre qu il n y a plus de chambre. Finalement ils trouvent une soution. Mon mari et mon fils sont casés dans une chambre 8 personnes et ma fille et moi dans une chambre avec des membres de l'équipe.Cette chambre etait ds un désordre indescriptible et puait la cigarette. Les chambres sont placés à coté de la route,elle ne sont pas insonnorisées et tremblent lorsqu un gros vehicule passe. Le lendemain, un employé parlant le francais nous explique qu il n'ont pas eu dereservation pour 4personnes mais pour 2 pers.Nous leur montrons notre reservation où il est ecrit 1 chambre pour 4pers comprenant 2adultes et 2 enfants.Malgre cela il insiste en disant qu en reservant nous n avons pas coché une case "personne supplémentaire" je lui réponds que la reservation a été faite par téléphone en passant par ebooker.(ebooker service reclamation injoignable à ce jour) Pour ce deuxieme jour, ils vident la chambre du personnel, celle qui pue la cigarette et nous y installe(elle est à peine nettoyée )Le troisieme jour ils reviennent à la charge et nous redemande encoooore une fois de payer pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Nous refusons. Pour notre dernier jour nous n en pouvons plus de cette situation. Nous preferons dormir ailleurs et ne retournons plus dans cette auberge.

kurzaufenthalt in london

sehr einfach zu finden. wir kahmen aus der U bahn raus und da war das hostal auf der anderen strassenseite. das persoal war dan schon beim einchecken etwas unfreundlich, das zimmer war dan aber ok, nur die tiolette stank bis zum himmel und sah auch dementspechend aus. das free Wi Fi gibts nicht es kostet 2 puonds pro tag und person, obwohl auf der buchung klar steht free.

Sotkuinen hostelli

Hostelli, jossa meillä oli varattuna huone, oli ehkä hirvein ja ällöttävin paikka, missä olen ikinä ollut. Jo pelkkä haju oli hirveä ja ystäväni, joka lähti kanssani Lontooseen, alkoi kärsiä astma oireista, joten jouduimme varaamaan uuden huoneen toisesta hotellista. Huoneet olivat sotkuisia ja huoneissa oli pieni suihkukoppi, jossa ei olisi pystynyt edes peseytyä. Onneksi olimme hostellissa vain korkeintaan tunnin ja kirjauduimme ulos sieltä. Emme saaneet mitään korvausta tästä, mutta tärkeintä oli että pääsimme pois sieltä, sillä se hostelli olisi vaikuttanut koko matkamme laatuun. En suosittelisi tätä Hostelli 639 kenelläkään. Silkkaa rahan tuhlausta ja en haluaisi kenenkään erehtyvän ja varaamaan sieltä huonetta, koska tulette pettymään. Vaikka hostelli olikin todella halpa, pitäisi sen siltikin olla paremmassa kunnossa.
